Support Young Coaches: Support young professional coaches through our Assistantship program that connects experienced coaches with those earlier in their careers, fostering knowledge exchange, guidance, and support.
Support Members of the Military: Empower active and retired military personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills in strength and conditioning by providing resources and opportunities to pursue their CSCS certification.
Support Personal Trainers: Provide comprehensive support to enable personal trainers to become certified and enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Encourage Research: Promote and fund research initiatives that explore new dimensions of strength and conditioning, inviting researchers to explore innovative ideas and approaches.
Offer Equipment Grants: Actively seek partnerships and funding opportunities to provide high schools and colleges with state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment, enabling coaches to develop athletes.
Professional Development: Offer educational programs and scholarships to practitioners, researchers, and students to help them continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
Amplify Voices: Provide a platform for practitioners, researchers, and students to share their research findings, best practices, and unique perspectives through publications, presentations, social media, and NSCA TV.
