Currently, Dr. Adam Ross is the Chair of and an Assistant Professor within the Kinesiology Department at Dallas Baptist University. Up until this past semester, Ross was serving in a dual role between academics and as the Athletic Performance Coach for Dallas Baptist University Baseball. From 2014-2016, prior to becoming a full-time faculty member, Dr. Ross served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at DBU. Before coming to DBU, Ross spent time as an Assistant Strength & Speed Coach at Florida State University, as a strength and conditioning coach for the AA affiliate of the Houston Astros, and as a Graduate Assistant at Baylor University. Currently, Dr. Ross also serves as the Chair of the NSCA Baseball Special Interest Group.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
