Ramon Cossio currently serves as the 11th Air Defense Artillery Holistic Health and Fitness Program Director. He previously served as a Brigade Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Reef Systems Corporation during the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Pilot. Cossio is a former United States Marine Corps Infantry Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Martial Arts Instructor Trainer with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He received his Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas. He holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and is a Power Athlete Block One Coach.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
