Alexa Rukstela is a bodybuilding coach and researcher dedicated to bridging the gap between objective science and subjective experience in bodybuilders and advanced gym-goers. She has a Masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelors degree in Human Biology from Logan University. Outside of research, she runs a coaching company, Elysian Athletica, and is a yoga instructor.
