Sarah Lanham is a PhD student in Exercise Physiology, graduate teaching assistant, and member of the First Responder Research Laboratory in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky. She received the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Doctoral Student Research Grant to investigate the impact of exercise-induced fatigue and occupational injury risks among firefighters. Lanham is committed to developing and implementing evidence-based approaches that address the unique challenges and needs of first responders.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
