Sheri Walters serves as the Director of Sports Medicine at Texas A&M University. Before joining Texas A&M, Walters was an Assistant Professor at A.T. Still University. She has also served as a consultant to the U.S. womens ice hockey team during the 2018 Olympic Games and the U.S. Paralympic track and field team during the 2012 and 2016 Paralympic Games. She also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the U.S. Air Force Wounded Warrior program. Prior to her appointment at A.T. Still, Walters served as the Director of Performance Physical Therapy at EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance).
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
